More needs to be done to help communities in rural and remote areas. Crime affects the lives and businesses of many who live in our rural communities. From machinery, fuel and livestock theft to wildlife offences and heritage crime, it has a detrimental effect on those living in remote areas.

Neighbourhood watch schemes have been around since the early 80's with differing levels of success. Angelique believes that now in a time of reduced community cohesion, where neighbours are less likely to know each or their local Police Officer that these schemes are more valuable than ever.
